RESERVATION POLICY - POLITICA DE RESERVACION
- During the peak season, December 15 to January 15 Christmas
and New Year week, and Easter week a minimum of 3 nights of reservation. A cash
deposit of 50% is due in advance to confirm your reservation.
- Payment of the final 50%, in cash, or credit card is required a minimum of 15
days before your arrival. For cancellations of reservations during this period,
within 28 days to 8 days prior to your arrival, 50% will be charged, within 7
days 100% will be charged. These deposits can be made in person or by wire
transfer.
- The rest of the year reservations may be made with a credit card authorization. For cancellation of
reservations within 8 to 3 days prior to your arrival, 50% will be charged,
within 2 days 100% will be charged.
- For "No Show" there not any refunded.
- All cancellation has to be in writing.

noches. Se necesita un depósito de 50% en efectivo para confirmar su
reservación.
- El pago del otro 50%, en efectivo o tarjeta de
crédito es requerido con un mínimo de 15 días antes de su arrivo. Si se
cancela la reservación durante la temporada alta; de 28 a 8 días antes de su
arrivo se cobrará un 50%, dentro de los últimos 7 días, se cobrará el 100%.
- El resto del año las reservaciones se pueden hacer
mediante una autorización de tarjeta de crédito. Si se cancela la
reservación de 8 días a 3 días antes de su arrivo se cobrará un 50%, dentro
de los últimos 2 días, se cobrará el 100%.
- No hay reembolso si no se presenta.
- Toda cancelación tiene que ser por escrito.
- Los precios pueden variar sin previo aviso.
